Insurance

Callahan Construction is fully insured to cover any unexpected events that may occur on the job site. Liability and Workmen’s compensation are the two primary insurance policies that are related to residential construction.

Licenses

Callahan Construction possess’ a Construction Supervisors License CSL #051337 and a Home Improvement Contractor’s License HIC# 118419 both of which are necessary in order to obtain building permits for projects initiated within Massachusetts. We are a Lead Safe certified firm regulated by the EPA.

Warranty

We are passionate about the quality of the projects we build which is why we stand behind our product with a two year warranty. At any time if you experience a problem please let us know and we will be there to determine the cause of the problem and how it will be resolved. We understand that your home is one of the largest investments you will make and we want to protect its value. In the last five years we have not had a single customer callback where the client has had to pay for the corrective work performed. 

Design Services

Our in-house designers enable us to provide detailed project plans for the Client should they need this service. A set of plans allows the Client to visualize their prospective project prior to construction and therefore are effective in resolving any design or style issues that may be of concern. It is also a useful tool in minimizing change orders by visualizing the scope and detail of the building project prior to beginning construction.
