1 -  The first step is to call and set up an appointment to meet and discuss your project. At this initial meeting it is important to get to know one another and gather some preliminary information about the project.

 

2 -  Create a basic set of drawings or plans in order to determine a baseline price derived from the size and scope of the project.

 

3 -  Each additional meeting consists of modifying the original plan to provide further details and specifications while remaining budget conscious.

Do you charge for appointments and estimates?
No, our meetings with you and the initial estimate is free. We are in business to serve our customers and are happy to share our expertise with you as we work to shape your project.

 

What is your working relationship with Architects?
We have a great relationship with Architects and enjoy collaborating with them to create the finest project for our/their clients.

 

Do you offer in-house design for my project?
Yes, we can design your project in-house depending on the size. Let’s get together and discuss the project and we will recommend the best route for you to take in designing your project.

 

Is Callahan Constructions price higher than other contractors?
No, we pride ourselves on providing the best value for our customers. We give you an honest price upfront with no hidden costs or surprises. When measuring us against our competition make sure that you are comparing us based on the same scope of work, the same materials, and the same quality workmanship. There is a big difference among contractors with regard to these issues. You will not find us using inferior materials or settling for “good enough.”

 

Do you warranty the project?
Yes, we warranty the work for 2 years, but if you should experience any issue after that time please call us and we will do our best to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. We stand behind the quality of our work 100%.
